I want to know about the idea mentioned in the wiki page (GSoC 2018 <https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2018-Ideas#ordinary-differential-equations>) regarding ODE. The ideas page <https://github.com/sympy/sympy/wiki/GSoC-2018-Ideas#ordinary-differential-equations>does not specify solving differential equations of 2nd degree. Can this be implemented or the ideas specified in the ideas page are the only things that are supposed to be added?
