New issue 1524 by chr.schu...@gmx.de: subs and non-commutative
http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1524

Hi,

I get the following wrong result when using subs on an expression
consisting of non-commutative symbols. Consider the following example:

In [1]: import sympy
In [2]: a,b,c,d = sympy.symbols('abcd', commutative=False)
In [3]: (a*b*c).subs(c,d)
Out[3]: d*b*a

Instead of d*b*a, I expected the result to be a*b*d.

Regards,

Christian Schubert
