http://code.google.com/p/sympy/issues/detail?id=1943 Some classes, such as BooleanFunction, need to subclass Function but not Expr, but Function is a subclass of Expr, so there needs to be a superclass of Function that is a direct subclass of Basic and the methods of Function that aren't Expr-specific should be moved there.
