This could also be accomplished well by using Theano's random objects in theano.random .

This would require the creation of a lazy `Sample` object a la `Density`. This sample would then be printed in theano.printing.theanocode.TheanoPrinter._print_Sample to create a theano.random.uniform/normal/whatever object.

After this we'd have a pretty high performance monte carlo scheme up and running and controlled by SymPy. It looks like Theano has random objects for the GPU as well (which would be handled transparently by them, not by us).
