The plugins branch is finished and ready to merge. I did a "git --rebase", so it should merge to master cleanly (as fast-forward). In additional to functionality described in pull request comments I've made following fixes: 1. The synfigstudio now utilizes intltool for localization instead of plain gettext. That allows to localize non-compiled files like *.desktop and *.xml. Thanks to that, comment in synfigstudio desktop is localized using the .po/.pot/transifex. 2. Since we use intltool now, the plugin *.xml files can be localized too - so Synfig Studio displays localized plugin name if translation available. Default plugin names are added into the synfigstudio.pot and translated via transifex. 3. Main plugin routines are refactored as part of synfigapp now.
