Hey ya'll,

I mentioned about a year ago that Synfig's source code was quite 
difficult to trudge through, due to a significant lack of comments 
explaining the purpose behind a significant portion of the code.

At that time, I proposed a commenting standard called CSI (Commenting 
Showing Intent), and several developers thought it might be a good idea 
to adopt. The CSI Commenting Standard was only a PDF at that time.

I wanted to let ya'll know that I've updated the standard, and published 
it at http://standards.mousepawgames.com/csi.html. Feedback is 
appreciated as always!
