This is validation of the XML source file. This file will be submitted
to the rfc-editor when the internet-draft will be publsihed as an RFC.
It helps if the source is "clean", so please fix the reported problems
in the source file.

In the original timeline, we planned to start the WGLC for syslog-tls
on Aug 28, but we didn't have an updated document to work with. Now a
revision has been published, so we'll start the WGLC now.
