Some clarification is needed on how to acquire realtime permissions,
because the solutions documented in MY_SERVICE_CANT_GET_REALTIME.md seem
no longer applicable (currently on systemd 257.7).
The journal indicates that the attributes are not known.

Just trying to update a few containers from Rocky 9 to 10 and there
appears to be no systemd-networkd package any more.
