Adam is not running cross nationals. After a slight injury earlier this
winter in his fibia I believe, he is not race ready. In addition, Mark
Wetmore wants Adam to heal his back injury (from 2 years ago when he was
lifting rocks at his new home) fully as its not a championship year with the

country because of training time missed earlier. He is training now.
I have also heard that Bob Kennedy will not be running the cross country
