clocked 13.98 in his first full 110 hurdles race since 1999.
His time (wind reading not mentioned in story) was made at Slippery Rock University in
Pennsylvania.

Triple Olympic champion Marion Jones has scheduled a news conference for
1900 BST in San Francisco on Wednesday.
A statement released on her behalf said she would make "a major
