In the Penn Relays paddock, we routinely ask runners to tuck in their shirts, but
merely for the benefit of the photographers, not because we've ever thought there's a
dq issue.
I'd be curious to know if the dq was the result of a coach's protest or if it was
the result of an umpire's repor
