They shouldn't be. In HS, Steve became the first NJ runner to win

Not that I ever expect it to materialize, but I would love to see
what Steve Slattery could run in the IHs. I saw his first SC race half a
dozen or so years ago at Montclair State University in NJ. His hurdling form
was so narutal that I suggested to him afterwards that he ought
