I KNEW I saw her do that in the 200!
If you were to throw out Richards' 16 points and adjust everything
accordingly, Texas drops from 5th to 10th, and South Carolina would
break the tie with Florida and take sole possession of 2nd.

should have been disqualified in both the 200 AND the 400.
Unlike the USATF and IAAF rules, which simply state that an athlete shall be

women's 400, be sure to watch the the first 150 in
slow motion. You will notice that Sanya Richards
running in lane 8 stepped on the line 5 times, and 3
of those steps were clearly in the other
