The inline edit box supports something like this, but you would have to dig into the widget code to see if there's a parameter I need to add to configure it. There are inline edit boxes on jot.com
that slowly grow from a textfield into a textarea based on how much text people type in. On 4/27/06,
you'll have to dig into dojo's internals - but i don't think it's possible.
Why don't you use the Editor component instead?
