There are bridges over freeways called utility overcrossings that contain pipelines, electrical cables, etc., but do not support any kind of foot or vehicle traffic. Any suggestions on how to tag these? Obviously bridge=yes + layer=1, but I can't find an appropriate highway= value. -- Alan
