The nightly has now been pushed. Thanks to Justy for getting things

If you can get *.jar files from
http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-taglibs/nightly/ then try
at http://jakarta.apache.org/builds/jakarta-taglibs/nightly/projects/ for each
or some projects.
