The If utility tag is pretty simple. The 'predicate' attribute only takes either "true" or "false" as strings I believe. Ofcourse, the value of the 'predicate' attribute is calculated at runtime, so it is possible to make some use for this tag. AND and OR operations work just like they do in Jav
