Hi,
the time sync' notification is back, but is only displayed once
htpdate was started. This leaves the user for a few dozens of seconds
(possibly minutes) without any indication of what's going on.
Why don't we display the notification as soon as
/etc/NetworkManager/dispatcher.d/20-time.sh start
