Hi,
This branch re-introduces the extra, localized browser search plugins we
earlier had when installing the Iceweasel l10n packages. Well, it only
installs them for the languages we install langpacks for, but once we
ship more langpacks this fix will install the Iceweasel search plugins
for them

Sure. And indeed, as indicated in the initial email on this thread,
the removal of polipo seems to be blocked by our migration to torsocks
2.x.

We won't ship anything that requires a HTTP proxy, so if they install
additional stuff, then they're on unsupported land and the ball is on
