Hi,
I prefer option C: #8524 won't tell us much anyway, it's merely here
to evaluate the size of the subset of Tails users who will have risks
of regressions a) they boot Tails from DVD; and b) their BIOS is buggy
enough to not boot properly from a DVD burnt from a ISO image.
It won't

Hi,
during our last monthly meeting, we've decided to:
1. We will do statistics on whether bug reports come from a DVD or
flash media: #8524.
2. We will test isohybrid DVD on Macs: #8525, #8526.
3. If our experiments are successful, then we will release an
isohybrid image, update the

As you are mixing up translation and documentation work on the same

Hi,
this branch (in liveusb-creator repo) addresses a longtime bug that's
been very painful at least for some of us, when running the automated
test suite. I've also seen it once while doing a manual installation.
There's a .deb with these changes in the bugfix-6092-drop-racy-code
APT suite, and

Hi,
[disclaimer: I've not read the entire thread yet.]
I see this thread has been quiet for a bit more than a month.
Maybe it's time for someone to sum up whatever consensus was reached,
and whatever disagreement may still be remaining?
Jake, maybe?

The mutt and msmtp packages are currently contained in Tails, but are
undocumented and without usable default configuration files. They were
added back in 2009.
We should either just remove the packages or make them usable by default
