[Tails-dev] Including CACert in Tails?

I noticed today that some the Choas Computer Club's websites (*.ccc.de) are using certificates issued by CACert.org. What would it take to have Tails incorporate CACert into the trust chain? Would this be something to talk to the Tor Browser, or upstream Debian maintainers about instead? -warms
