This is Hadi from Iran.
About last year, i sent a mail to Tails developer's list to include Orca
for blind and visually impaired, and almost very quickly it was
included, If i recall correctly.
I've tested tails 1.2 RC1, And there's a big problem with Orca in general.

I also found out that it's not possible to launch Orca when the greeter
comes out. I thought that the hotkeys were alt+super+s to launch it
but that's not the case.

I can kind of launch tails without the use of orca on the greeter like
Patrick mentioned, but no way of me starting with obfsproxy.
