If you subscribe to Bell's Fibe TV service, they should provide, or
tell you how to obtain, the equipment necessary to use the service.

One clue is that Bell won't offer it to you.
Another is that the web site is for Bell's Manitoba Telephone System
subsidiary. There's a good chance they use different technology since
