bloody blank lines generated in Outlook Messages

Hi: Every message I send ends up with blank lines between lines of code even though there are none in the posting I send out. Are you seeing this in my postings? I turned off virtual whatever, unchecked it, but that did not work. I don't want blank lines unless I put them there. How do I turn
