Firstly, you must ensure that WLM itself is running, since, this being true,
opening the WE control panel, and activating the Apps menu, with Alt-A, and
arrowing down the list, you should eventually come to the WLM app.

No I am sorry I don't use nls cartridges. I would recommends that you
contact the nls and report this problem to them. It would also be helpful to
know if you see this problem with other screen readers.

To turn it off it is the same key combination.

Windows 10 speech is not a screen reader. It is a speech synthesizer. The
voices are the same as they were in windows 8. If on the other hand you are
talking about narrator you can access this at any time buy pressing the
windows and enter. Narrator for windows 10 actually is a lot better than
i have never heard of said software you mentioned. how did you know it
existed?
