Narrator is definitely different between windows 7 and 10.
The majority of changes came in 8/8.1.

A sighted friend of mine who is in the business of computers is lending me a
computer he had which has Windows seven and Microsoft Outlook 2010 using the
trial version of WE. Got it a few hours ago hoping to acquire it once I know
