I haven't encountered that particular error, although I am not running DBT
in Windows 10 yet. I get script errors sometimes when I delete a character,
typically a tab or some other DBT code that causes the text to move by
several characters at once. I think the script may be looking for the

Hi. Its understandable why you would not mess with JAWS. I have to use JAWS
for my work as a musician and recording engineer, but detest it for its
copy-protection. I also work as a adaptive technology instructor and can use
both alongside of NVDA to teach clients.

We all know window-eyes is going away, we just don't know when. No way
are they going to support two screen readers. I won't have jaws on my
system. I refuse to mess with their copy protection scheme. Only thing I
wonder is what they'll do with remaining s m a.

I am running Window-eyes 9.5.3 on a desktop running Windows 10 version 1511.
I have installed the Duxbury script for Window-eyes which works fine
until I hit alt F3 so as to read the Duxbury codes, at which time I get
a message which asks if I want to ignore the script error. I can't

Hi,
Its not Windows Defender. If I uninstall the last security update, the
security warning goes away until the security update reinstalls itself.
Remember, these security warnnings only happen when your using Internet
Explorer and its favorites feature.

I am keen to support Sky in raising this topic again. Whilst our critics might
say that we are simply speculating, generating new hysteria after an initial
high level of noise, I believe that VFO leadership should clearly tell us what
the group's intentions are with respect to Window-eyes.
Why
Interesting that Window Eyes is replaced with JAWS in both programs.
Do you think they are looking at the Features in JAWS vs. the features
in Window Eyes, and figuring it is easier to add the JAWS Screen Reader,
than it is to Upgrade Window Eyes to have the same features as JAWS?

Hello Window-Eyes users. Sky here. I wanted to update you guys on What's
been happening at VFO Group, Particuarly in regards to Zoomtext, and
Window-eyes. In September, 2 editions of FSCast came out regarding JAWS 18.
One of the features that will be in JAWS 18 will be a talking mouse support.

Well, I'm one who is, and I hope for Bob's sake that this can be
resolved, but I guess it really doesn't bother me since my natural
inclinations is to just use the favorites option to access them. I will
agree though that this behavior is really mystifying.

Hello Bob, I don't understand why some people have your problem, and
others don't. I have windows10 anniversary edition,and window-eyes
9.5.3.0 and I do not get those security messages. I am not sure why
not, but it does seem to be a hit and miss problem for sure. I hope
that your problem ge
