I'm still getting the Java script message on boot up, but I have solved
my sound card problems by uninstalling and reinstalling Window-Eyes. I
also uninstalled the Java access bridge cause I don't use it, but that
made no difference.

I rather suspect that at some point they broke the accessibility a few
versions back. I've been having trouble deleting things from my library that
I want to delete from my devices.

Having only 2 Gb of RAM is your real problem. It's the bare minimum for
64 bit Windows which is really not enough in the real world. So your
system will be constantly caching data on your hard drive and retrieving
other data back into memory.
In Malware Bytes under Settings, Advanced settings,
Wow what an improvement made in Malwarebytes 3.0 as it's very accessible now
with screen readers.
