They can a. switch to a different screenreader such as NVDA, and cut

b. They can switch to jaws, although I
sometimes speech comes back if you maximize the message windows. but most of
the time i have to reload w e to get speech back. but when you do this the
message status will not be read.
also check your factory set files. the chances are there are some that are out
of date.

Yesterday Friday May 4, I had an occasion to call VFO. I was lucky to get a VFO
tech who was pretty knowledgeable about Window-Eyes.

Deleted thjer old copy ad did a fresh install.
Now, with WLM, sometimes when I open emails, I cannot read the text. Also

with Window-Eyes 9.0 and later.
There's nothing in the Window-Eyes documentation about Quicken.
