It is my understanding that we can continue to use Window-eyes indefinitely, however, at some point it will probably stop working effectively due to Windows updates and such. But if you just flat refuse to use JAWS in any shape or form you'll still be able to use Window-eyes.

Hi Raul, There are problems with the Supernova screen reader, not least that they don't use UIA. I am trying to convince them to improve this though. It also doesn't support Firefox or Chrome. So as I see it, whatever happens to Window-Eyes, if it doesn't get developed, our choice is reduced.
