I'm surprised Jaws does this.
Is this with the most recent version of Jaws?
Thanks,

Hi Bob,
Well, there's no need to let ButchTimer stop you from switching to another
screen reader.
In fact, I'm planning to migrate all of my apps to stand-alone programs, that
is, they could be run with any screen reader, at least those apps which people
want to continue to use with other scree

It's also very buggy. Just open Outlook 2016 and press Control-2 or
Control-3 to go into Contacts or Calendar and watch JAWS die.

Hi,
Which voice are you using? It flies for me with their own voices, but is a
little sluggish with SAPI. But then so is Window-Eyes.

Hi John,
Supernova is nothing like Guide, don't even make that comparison. Supernova is
a respectable, if not feature rich, screen reader. The mag is superb, better
than Zoomtext, but the screen reader has a few issues.

Hi Raul,
There are problems with the Supernova screen reader, not least that they don't
use UIA. I am trying to convince them to improve this though.
It also doesn't support Firefox or Chrome.
So as I see it, whatever happens to Window-Eyes, if it doesn't get developed,
our choice is reduced.
No wonder you haven't had success, it's not F7, but Alt-7.

Hi Alison,
I don't think that will happen. Besides, there is also Supernova and System
Access.
I am already talking to Dolphin to see if we can't improve the screen reader
side of Supernova.
All the best
