I'm still using Window-Eyes at my work because it seems to work fine
with the basic programs I use. But, My Windows 7 desktop is aging and
so will be replaced with a new one running Windows 10 version 1809,
which is the Fall Creator version, I believe. I need help knowing how

Can you please check the name of the app you say is not running?
When I launch Word the only app with Word in its name is Word Navigation.
Of course, you need to have the set file package for your specific version of
Office installed.

is this the only app that is not running? or do all of them say not running?
