If you have the latest windows 10 build, and you didn't mess with the keyboard
layout of narrator, you can press insert f7. That will give you a links list.
Also in this dialog there is a scope combo box that will let you look for all
sorts of stuff such as Buttons, headings text and others.

Hello, in wineyes and in jaws, there is a hotkey to bring up the
elements dialog box, displaying all links, etcetera, on a web page, for
example in jaws insert f7 brings it up. I have searched in narrator,
using windows 10, and I couldn't find a key to do this. If there is one,
would someone please
