Hi Group,
I am not certain I am using the correct name for the app, but it is the
one where one presses ctrl-alt-v to enable. My brother is the
administrator for his pc. His wife also has her own desktop and login.
On her side, pressing ctrl-alt-v opens the little app that allows one to
read the screen. It works properly. On my brother's side, when he
presses the keystrokes, he gets absolutely nothing. Can anyone give me
suggestions for him to try? Thanks. His did work, but does not work today.
