Jeff, Unfortunately the installation disks are individualized with our Serial Number. And installations are still registered at whatever FS is called these days. So you're out of luck unless you can find the disk or if it's still possible to use Window-Eyes for Office. Good luck, Tom On 7/

Jeff, I had the same issue when upgrading to Windows 10. Itt was over a year ago, but I sent a request to Freedom Scientific support. They sent me a link to download WE 9.5.4. I don't know if they will still send the download link, but its worth a try. Good luck, David Ayers Tioga Co. ITC
