opening the Window-Eyes control panel and going to General, Other, Allow
auto-redraw, and make sure it's off.
You can also try the browse mode refresh rotor hot key, which is Alt+Shift+M
in the desktop lay

Your experience reminds me of the days when flash was running on the webpage.
In windows 10 at least, flash has been uninstalled by the flash program itself
since it is no longer being supported.
I don’t know whether this is true under Windows
Since window-eyes is no longer in development, there's where some new
challenges will come up.
Did you try other web browser?

iPhone ringtones have an M4R file extension, and these are actually Apple M4A
files which has simply been renamed.
As you may know, ringtones cannot be more than 30 seconds long.

a relatively accessible,
I find on several web pages using window-eyes as I am
trying to scrole down the page, it suddenly reloads and puts me back at
the top of the page. Does this over and over as I'm trying to move
around. Any ideas? If I load n v d a, I don't have this problem.
