I too am in the same boat.
I am inclined, to agree with Denis, to give Jaws a try, since going over
to Mac is having to learn 2 system, is the operating system and the
voice-over.
I find that the iPad is easier to learn than the Mac.
I have a jaws question.

I second Brenda's well wishes to GW Micro Staff!
It is unfortunate that monopolies keep propping up in different
industries via mergers and acquisition.
case in point is Window Eyes being bought by Jaws parent company, and
then stopping any further updates for Window Eyes.
