If you're still having trouble, go to the website page and download, save it
and then install. Much easier. I failed trhee timnes, until I did that.

I got my notice today and it installed with no problem and in just a couple

told me that win-eyes 9.5.1 was available and gave me a button to
download. It also told me that I had two s m a's on record. I pressed
