Ever since Window-Eyes 9, I've had a problem reading information with the
mouse. Specificly, if I moved the mouse to the bottom of the window, then
hit the mouse down key, the mouse would go beyond this boundary, and read
information that I don't think is visible to the screen. If the mou

Have you tried control-shift-b to change the mouse boundries?
The choices are Focused Window, User windo, Fullscreen and Acctive
window. Press shift-control-v repeatedly to cycle among those
choices.
