Question About Word 2010 Key Strokes

While in a Word 2010 document, I used to be able to hit alt F. This would give me several choices such as Save, Don’t Save, Exit, Close, Save As. I use the Save As to make a copy for back up or for a template. All of a sudden, for no reason at all, the alt F does nothing. How can I get this k
