Hi Ivan, This is called message virtualization, which I prefer, since it allows emails to behave as web pages. This can be toggled off or on using the hot key Alt-Shift-V. If you forget the hot key, open the Window-Eyes control panel, press Alt-A to open the Apps menu, arrow down to Outlook Enhance, open this and arrow down to the message virtualization option. If it is checked, then it is on, meaning, emails display as web pages, and pressing Enter on the option will disable it.
