first of all do a full image or cloned backup before you start.
if the win10 installation fails you may end up with a door stop.
make sure you will get windows 10 drivers for your periphials before you start.
make sure all your software will run under windows 10. i had to jury rig

Maybe I'm thinking slowly, but are you saying that it is necessary to
reinstall Window-Eyes after downloading Windows 10? I understood that
one only had to turn off Window-Eyes and then restart it later.
What, exactly, should be done?

Hi Don,
Note that although you can reinstall WE 9.4 over itself after upgrading to
Windows 10, you will need to run Narrator to complete the process.
The hotkey to bring it up is Windows-Enter.
You can use Narrator to start the download and installation of WE 9.4.
Windows-Enter will also turn Narr
Michael is right, Don. This is why I save the upgrade files to a
specific folder. For example, I just got a new system on Friday. So I
installed Window-Eyes 9.2 from the virtual CD I have and then ran the
9.4 upgrade without having to go get it.

most current version of Window-eyes, you can tab to the download button and
download Window-eyes 9.4. After it downloads it will install over itself.
