Hello Brenda. I personally like using the laptop layout because I feel
like I get the best of both worlds this way. I can still use the
standard number pad hot keys to drive Jaws while having access to both
the caps lock key as my Jaws key and a whole set of hot keys which don't

None of them seem easier to me. Pam.

Hi Brenda,
I'm not Raul, but I can answer your questions. Yes, you are using the
laptop layout. No, you can not use the insert keys as modifiers. I
presume they will still work as insert-typeover toggles. The keypad can
still be used, but you use the capslock key instead of the insert key

will not switch the setting. However, using alt-capslock does work, so
as long as it does, I will use it. The only time I have any difficulty

the numpad for navigation?
If true, it seems like laptop mo
Hi, I'm glad you are liking the caps lock usage. To toggle its state,

I hope that helps.
