Hi,
If you are reading emails in Outlook, Windows live mail, Thunderbird etc,
you are in Browse mode.
If you are writing a new message or replying to emails in the above programs
you are not using browse mode.
F8 is used when in browse mode.

it depends on where you are.
if you are useing wlm i e or firefox or
it depends on where you are.
if you are useing wlm i e or firefox or other programs that uses browse
mode you have to use the f8 keys.
if you are in something like notepad that does not use browse mode you would
use the windows commands. highlight, copy and paste.
