This is the problem with Jaws wanting the user to think everything is Jaws. The Window-Eyes mouse keys move the mouse pointer. This is why the toggle key says Mouse pointer or WE cursor. The WE cursor works just like the mouse and uses the same keys. The point of it is to be able to move like
