What I did was to hit the all-apps button, and find microsoft office and
hit enter and right click on anything in there and go to open file
location and put what I wanted to find quickly on my desktop.

If you just press and release the Start button, and press two letters, O and
U, Outlook 2013 should come up in the list of displayed results, and so all
you would need to do is press Enter to open Outlook.
