Where are you when you are issuing those commands. That is what app.
Not all commands will work every place. Do you get a message saying "not on
explorable text" when you find the command doesn't work?

Do not babas an unnecessary settings, the pc clock update itself automatically,
so when we switch to the summer time or back to winter time the pc clock
adjust itself automatically, no intervention from your end is necessary.
