I am having a similar issue using the context key for anything in IE11.  I
am using Windows 7 however.  I had been given a tip if I turned off my
braille display, then it works.  It does, but it is crazy to have to turn my
braille display off/on all the time.  Let us hope this gets resolved soon.

it will work for a bit but after a few times we will crash. If you right
mouse on a link and try to copy it, we will crash faster.
