If you never had Window-Eyes before it will run as a 60 day fully
functional evaluation. After that or if you have used Window-Eyes
previously it will run as a restricted 30 minute demo.

payment plan? It's the full product, but after 60 days it stops working
completely. Perhaps that's what he's referring to.
