Subject: need some win 10 help

Can someone tell me what set file should be associated when windows explore is
open? On my system, no file is associated. It says default.set. Same when going
into the desktop folder Owner. Please refresh my memory if it's suppose to be
explore.set. If so, how do I go about associating it. thanks.
