That may or may not work as she is using XP and really needs to upgrade her
computer. She is at great risk for being hacked and getting a virus or
malware.

Using WE 9.2 on HP Pavilion laptop running Windows 8.1 home premium 64-bit
with Office 20
go into the control panel and open the apps pull down. to manage then add
remove and check for updates to get all your updated apps. the good tool kit
you are useing is a old version.
also look in settings and factory set files and make sure all your set files
are up to date.
